A great weekend! In the upcoming holidays we went to Lake Tahoe for the weekend. We travelled by car and arrived at the resort early afternoon. When we arrived at the resort, we checked in and then decided to take a swim in the pool. All around the resort, the mountains were magnificent. It was so serene that my brother and I decided to ski down the highest mountain, so we got onto a chairlift. We were on our way up to the top when all of a sudden it started snowing heavily. When we finally got to the top, we realized that we only had time for one run before it got too dark. When we got to the bottom of the mountain, we realized that it was time to go back to the hotel for dinner. It wasn't a great start to the holiday, but the day after went so smoothly that it didn't matter at all. What a great weekend!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 glasses milk
2,5 glasses flour
3 tablespoons oil
0.5-1 glass boiling water
3 tablespoons sugar
0.5 teaspoon baking soda

Add milk and mix everything thoroughly

Then add some boiling water and mix everything quickly. The batter should resemble thick milk.
Put the pan on the hob and heat some oil. To get thin pancakes, do not fill the ladle with batter to the top. Fry on both sides.
Fry until golden
